Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Indigenous Peoples Business Development Professional to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our First Nations community outreach program, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous leaders and organizations, and driving business development opportunities within this important market.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, or a related field, with experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies to increase revenue from Indigenous clients
  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with Indigenous leaders and organizations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to Indigenous clients
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Indigenous cultures and communities, and a demonstrated commitment to reconciliation and Indigenous self-determination
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer

KPMG Canada offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
