Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Growth and Transition Capital team as a Business Development Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Analyst and Portfolio Management team on the due diligence/authorization process and other aspects related to the business center.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the due diligence/authorization process for business loans and investments
- Conduct research and analysis to support business development initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous entrepreneurs and community leaders
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Self-identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Completed a minimum of one year of university studies in a program related to Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration, and be registered to continue studies in the fall of 2025
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet critical deadlines
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
