About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Flashbee Logistics. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits, and performing data entry.
  • Office Organization: Organize and schedule office work, including delegating tasks to office support staff and overseeing administrative procedures.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, including implementing new administrative procedures and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, time management, accuracy, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, QuickBooks, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Work Environment

As an Office Support Specialist at Flashbee Logistics, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
