Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at HTS Solutions. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant team members or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
