We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team at the Dean Group. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading Financial Services organization, providing expert HR support and guidance to their management teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Relations, with experience in coaching and educating managers on HR policies and procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-level HR support to employees on all matters related to Employee Relations
- Educating and coaching department managers on HR Policy, compensation, time off, performance management, terminations, and Leave of Absence management
- Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus 25% bonus, RSP contributions, tuition reimbursement, health care spending account, and home office setup.
