Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apply 4 Abroad Ltd. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Consult relevant documentation, including user guides and technical manuals, to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to enhance their technical skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions to facilitate future troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with frequent exposure to heavy loads and repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
