About You

  • You excel at leveraging data to drive actionable strategies and earn trust with internal business leaders.
  • You have a proven track record of building and leading teams to define datasets, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.

The Opportunity

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for business intelligence (BI), including success metrics, goals, and KPIs.
  • Develop and lead a team to build dashboards and visualizations that track KPIs and drive business insights.
  • Maintain data pipelines, automate reporting, and ensure reliable delivery of dashboards and visualizations.
  • Evolve frameworks for marketing measurement and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of creating dashboards, visualizations, and measurement frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
  • Extensive experience with relational and dimensional datasets, data warehouses, and ETL techniques.
  • Proficiency with Looker and LookML Models for building PDTs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect data analysis to actionable business strategies in retail or eCommerce environments.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and campaign performance analytics.
