Data Analytics Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineering Leader to join our team in Toronto, Canada.
About the Role
This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for designing and implementing data engineering pipelines, business intelligence solutions, and analytics platforms.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining data-driven solutions, including conceptual and logical data modeling, database design, ETL, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data engineering pipelines, business intelligence solutions, and analytics platforms
- Lead technical teams in delivering high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Maintain and improve existing data architecture and infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining data-driven solutions
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality software solutions
- Strong understanding of data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
