Job Summary

The Hungry Vegan House Inc. is seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our greenhouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment to prevent disease and pests
  • Monitor and control climate conditions to optimize crop growth
  • Perform tasks such as pruning, grafting, and harvesting to ensure crop quality
  • Assist in the preparation and application of fertilizers and pest control measures
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly production goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a greenhouse setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

The Hungry Vegan House Inc. is a dynamic and growing company that values its employees. As a Greenhouse Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
