About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team at Garden Grove Nursery Inc. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our plants, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention to thrive.

  • Plant Care: Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings, and report any signs of insect or disease damage.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Work Environment: The work site environment is outdoors, and the work can be hot.
  • Work Conditions: The work is fast-paced, and repetitive tasks are common.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: The workweek is 35 hours per week.
