Senior Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role
As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager at ArdoVLM, you will play a crucial role in managing strategic accounts and ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to addressing customer needs, managing supply chain challenges, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Liaison: Be the link between our Sales team, suppliers, and customers.
- Order Management: Enter orders into SAPB1, send sales orders and purchase orders, create and maintain item master data, issue and send credit and debit notes.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the full order lifecycle, from sale to delivery, monitor shipments and customer demand, address supply chain issues as they arise, provide regular updates and schedules to customers, troubleshoot and resolve customer queries, escalate where necessary, build strong relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and reliable service.
We offer an annual salary of approximately $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience, plus benefits including health/dental insurance coverage (100% premiums paid by employer), Telus Virtual Health Care Telemedicine, Employee Assistance Program – EAP, 5 personal/sick days per calendar year, 50% subsidized gym membership, flexible work arrangements, and more.
