Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional to join Atlantic's Corrugated team as a Plant Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of two Corrugated plants, providing financial analysis and insights to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end close process for the two Corrugated plants, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Assist with the development of the annual budget and strategic planning process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or commerce.
  • Designation or in final stages of working toward a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial role in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
