Job SummaryThe successful candidate will lead human resources initiatives in a dynamic 24/7 manufacturing environment, fostering a results-driven culture and collaborating with plant teams to achieve business objectives.
This challenging role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in employee engagement, data management, and coaching & counseling. The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package that includes:
