Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Associa, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing timely and effective support via phone and email. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve issues efficiently, while also offering administrative assistance to our property managers. This entry-level role offers opportunities for growth and development, leading to a successful career as a Property Manager in the condominium industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to property managers, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and patience when dealing with difficult situations. A minimum of one year's experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is required, along with a valid driver's license for site visits throughout the GTA.
