As a Wealth Management Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing banking services to high net worth individuals and families. You will work closely with wealth management advisors to understand the needs of their clients and develop tailored financial solutions.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and six years of experience in banking or a related field. You will also possess excellent knowledge of transactional banking and credit offerings, as well as significant experience in business development.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently without daily supervision and have advanced experience in consulting services.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a wide range of benefits including health and wellness programs, flexible group insurance, and employee share ownership plans.
