Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Team Development
    • Provide training and coaching to sales workers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
