We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decisions.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and organized.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
