Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Ensure the gas station is well-stocked, clean, and safe for customers.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, customer interactions, and operational performance.
