Position Overview: Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gas station, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient management of staff.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members
  • Authorize payments made by cheque
  • Oversee merchandise orders and manage returns
  • Establish work schedules for employees
  • Conduct sales transactions accurately
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staff issues
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and manage inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for the oversight of 1 to 2 staff members.
