Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BUBBLE TEA BREWERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and meeting physical demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
