Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Lucky's Motel, Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our food service staff to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform our business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
