Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Lucky's Motel, Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on kitchen operations, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
