Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
