Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Connecting Dots - Innisfail. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year.
About the RoleThe Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This role will also involve carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Responsibilities- Administrative Activities: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Record Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Setting: Rural area.
