Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

At EightSix Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that requires a self-sufficient and independent professional to foster a culture of growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Supervise HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Resolve HR concerns and provide support in handling employee relations issues.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and coordinate events and activities.
  • Develop and oversee the HR department budget.
  • Manage new employee orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Implement strategies for reducing employee turnover and enhancing retention.
  • Regularly assess compensation and benefit plans, conducting market research for all positions.
  • Facilitate internal and external training and development programs.
  • Partner with managers to set clear, business-aligned goals and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Lead the annual performance review process, ensuring fairness and timeliness.
  • Support departmental succession planning efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • CPHR Designation.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including roles in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Design, Budgeting, Talent Acquisition, and Development.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, ideally QuickBooks and/or Gusto.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Bamboo HR and/or Gusto.
  • Background in brands or the retail/apparel industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Excel.
  • Willingness to travel.

On offer is a very competitive salary that ranges between $80,000 - $120,000 base plus bonus.
