Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of 5-10 restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
