Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant location. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Maintain inventory levels and implement efficient ordering processes.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (an asset).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a shift manager or assistant manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
