Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing and sales initiatives, including promoting our products and services to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
