Job Title: Food Service Manager

At Mary Brown's Chicken, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily food service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure that all food safety and health regulations are met, and that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at Mary Brown's Chicken.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of improving food service operations and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Working Conditions:
