Senior Workday Support Specialist

Aliaxis, a global company with a dynamic and collaborative culture, is seeking a skilled Senior Workday Support Analyst to join its team.
This exciting opportunity is based in Oakville, Ontario, and reports to the Global Workday AMS Manager.
The ideal candidate will be part of the Workday Global AMS Team, supporting the Workday platform in North and Latin American time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for Workday queries and issues raised by end-users.
- Manage Workday functional tickets, investigating issues and providing resolution within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating complex tickets to Tier 2 support.
- Collaborate with Workday functional experts on change requests, testing and providing support as needed.
- Develop and maintain Workday end-user guides and SharePoint learning content.
- Contribute to Workday end-user adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday production support, with a focus on functional areas.
- Prior experience in troubleshooting process issues, condition rules, and calculated fields.
- Strong understanding of Workday core modules and security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation and presentation.
- Bilingual language skills (English and French) are preferred.
