Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
- Personal Suitability
- Have a client-focused approach to ensure that customers receive excellent service.
- Have excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- Be flexible to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Be a team player to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
