As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Have a client-focused approach to ensure that customers receive excellent service.
    • Have excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
    • Be flexible to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
    • Be a team player to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
    Requirements
    • College/CEGEP education.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
    • Work Term: Permanent.
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 30 hours per week.
