About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Deposit Product Manager to join our team at Peoples Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our retail deposit products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for retail deposits, including B2C, agent, and fintech solutions.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Oversee the profit and loss of retail deposit products, managing balances and ensuring growth in targeted channels and products.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely completion, and budget adherence.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop direct reports through ongoing performance development.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in deposit management, banking operations, or financial services. You should have a proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and driving business growth. A Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $140,000.00 and $155,000.00 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
