About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Arinas. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash and financial transactions, ensuring that all sales and expenses are accurately recorded and reported.
Requirements
  • Education: A Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
