About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Lave autos soleil. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Resolve Issues and Concerns: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage Cash and Financial Transactions: Process sales transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
