Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Sales and Merchandising
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all sales and merchandising activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Language
- Fluent in English
- Work Schedule
- 30 to 35 hours per week
