Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including sales workers, cashiers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Assign duties and tasks to staff members to ensure efficient operation of the gas station.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to improve their performance.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control to minimize losses and ensure accurate records.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
