Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales Staff: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Maintain Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and sell merchandise.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
