Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station, including managing sales floor staff, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales Floor Staff: Assign tasks, provide training, and supervise the activities of sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Maintain Inventory Levels: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and organize inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer requests, and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Prepare Reports: Compile sales data, merchandising information, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Support for Youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
