Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Secretary to join our team at OHE Consultants.
Job Summary:The Technical Secretary will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This includes planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and recording minutes of meetings and seminars.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
