About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Cypress Street Animal Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and staff members, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Collect and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information to inform decision-making and improve hospital operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
