About the Role

Mackenzie Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Informatics department, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and optimization of our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support and training for clinical staff on the use of our EMR system
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and improvements
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of clinical workflows and business processes
  • Work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system upgrades
  • Develop and maintain training materials and curriculums for clinical staff
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a clinically related field or equivalent experience
  • EPIC certification in Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Orders, and EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation
  • Superior experience with MS Office and Windows
  • Experience working with Epic EMR systems
  • Two to five years of hospital clinical and/or hospital information systems and EMR experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL certification
  • Clinical, professional designations
  • Service Now experience
