Key Responsibilities

  • Support the EMR system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Provide end-user support to clinical teams, including training and documentation
  • Enhance the EMR system to meet the needs of our clinical teams
  • Work closely with physician leadership, nursing, and allied health leadership to provide support and guidance
  • Participate in rotational on-call, integrated system testing, upgrades, and optimizations of the software

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in a clinically related field, health informatics, or computer science
  • EPIC certification in Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Orders, and EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation
  • Superior experience with MS Office, Windows, and Visio
  • Experience working with Epic EMR
  • Two to five years of hospital clinical and/or hospital information systems and EMR experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL certification
  • Clinical, professional designations
  • Service Now experience
