Insurance Broker, Commercial Client Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our commercial client care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to commercial clients on insurance products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and retention
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance
- Alberta Level 1 License required, with working towards Level 2 considered an asset
- RIBO License (Ontario) or working towards considered an asset
- CIP designation or working towards considered an asset
