We are seeking an experienced Clinical Case Manager Lead to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with experience in case management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device setting. A proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective case management strategies is essential.

Responsibilities will include reviewing patient status, assisting physicians with patient enrollment, preparing special authorization petitions, and coordinating private and public coverage activity directly with insurers. Additionally, you will be required to provide therapy guidelines to patients and physicians, ensure patient services are coordinated and tracked, and assist patients with pharmacy selection and drug delivery.

As a Clinical Case Manager Lead, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training new Field Case Managers, supporting peers through regular communication, and maintaining a positive relationship with the Program Patient Support team.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, business acumen, analytical and mathematical skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines are also essential.
