About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at International Fastline Forwarding Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize warehouse and work areas to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow-up on issues with work orders and keep track of shipments.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
