Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at International Fastline Forwarding Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track shipments and work orders
  • Project manage tasks and deadlines to meet company objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and remote operations teams
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and shipments
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
