Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at International Fastline Forwarding Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize warehouse and work areas to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
