Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at International Fastline Forwarding Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining work records and logs.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Warehouse Management: Organize warehouse and work areas to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Skills: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator at International Fastline Forwarding Inc., you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of experienced logistics professionals. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a busy and dynamic work environment.
