Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at North Vancouver Bottle Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our inventory management process.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
- Operations Planning: Plan and coordinate operational logistics to ensure smooth execution of inventory management processes.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members to achieve inventory management goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, trends, and other key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge in inventory management.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting inventory management goals and objectives.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail business environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
