MillTech Inventory Management Solutions is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide end-user support and implement the MillTech Lumber Inventory Sales and Production System. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a wood products company and implementing or supporting lumber inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients' business and IT needs through comprehensive business process reviews.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, documenting and reporting on project status.
- Provide training and end-user support to ensure seamless system adoption.
- Offer day-to-day support to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience with in-the-mill mobile data collection is a plus.
- Some accounting knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
